['jʊərəʊekwɪtiz, englisch] Plural, Bezeichnung für international emittierte und gehandelte Aktien multinationaler Unternehmen. Euroequities werden seit Mitte der 1970er-Jahre v. a. für institutionelle Anleger besonders am Euromarkt platziert. Bezugsrechte von Altaktionären werden ausgeschlossen. Durch die Ausgabe von Euroequities soll der Bekanntheitsgrad der Unternehmen erhöht, ihre Finanzierungsbasis erweitert sowie eine breitere Streuung der Aktien erreicht werden.
